Shannon has had a diverse career leading teams and HR initiatives for national organizations, a federal contractor providing service to DOE and NASA, as well as working in the non-profit/healthcare arena. She is a certified Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR), she is also trained in conflict resolution, mediation and graduated summa cum laude from WSU with a degree in psychology with concentrations in HR and sociology.
